My brother and I took a private day tour with David earlier this month and it was fantastic. Our only request was to see the Castlerigg Stones (which we did) and we left the rest to him... David planned our day in a way that we saw loads of gorgeous scenery and had plenty of opportunities to walk about and take photos and enjoy our surroundings. In addition to the great day touring the countryside the logistics couldn't have been any easier... David picked us up and dropped us off at our B&B in Hawkshead and even was available to provide taxi service for us to the train station in Windermere the next day. He was very knowledgeable, very personable and gave us one of the best days of our trip to England. I would highly recommend a day out with him to see the Lake District.
